I made an appointment for the F1 visa interview today (***x xx ,***x) , but the appointment is on AM10:00, August 15, 2011). Because my apply for refusal made by consulate in shanghai on ***x,xx,***x, result in this arrangement. However, my school wants me to attend before August 1st, 2011. So I  wondering if you can rearrange my appointment to the end of July. the reason that apply for refusal made by consulate is I had a mistake about the Consulate. First, I made an appointment for the F1 visa interview at 1:15,July 22,2011. However I had to go to shanghai on July. I worried about I am not able to go to Guangzhou on schedule. Then I called up to make an appointment for the F1 visa interview in shanghai, and them accepted my appointment. I hope my request will be considered.
